POSITION SUMMARY: 

 As the Pricing team manager, the candidate will lead the team and ensure that: 

The pricing of the company products is set in an optimal way to ensure that the company can meet its targets in terms of profitability and competitiveness 

Be proactive in proposing remediation solutions in case some negative deviations with forecasts are observed. 

The Pricing team is using the most advanced pricing techniques, both by comparison with the Korean markets and the best practice used in other AXA Group companies, and be a force of proposal to ensure that these initiatives can be reflected in ADK pricing strategy. 

 Lead the application process towards KIDI and FSS in order to get the necessary approvals to implement the necessary pricing changes  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Technical Functions: 

Motor technical pricing modeling 

Pricing sophistication such as implementation of new technics zoning, vehicle classification, and etc.  

Pricing optimization 

Handle the projects related to the things above mentioned 

Define pricing strategy 

Communication and initiation work with the local regulator. 

Management functions: 

Define and fix the team goals

Realize at least 2 appraisals (HY & FY) and give orientated feedback in terms of support and development needed for direct reports

Manage the entire Pricing team both Motor and Casualty business  (composed with Lead specialist ( middle management functions) and the team members
