Summary of Role:

 

The Consultant or Analyst of brand activation department develops our Brand Experience and activation capability.

She or he supports teams in using our Brand Experience, innovation and implementation offerings to help clients create

and bring to market innovative experiences, products and services.

 

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Source and analyse the backup data and create content about brand experience and activation strategy
  • Identify clients¡¯ key business and branding issues and trends germane to specific client engagements
  • Coordinate with Project Manager/ Project Director to ensure that timelines are met transferred and knowledge is successfully transferred across the client team
  • Own specific work streams and manage all components related to that work stream activation (content, client, team, brand activation performance etc.)
  • Collaborate with the client team to develop strategy for brand experience & activation and propose how to
  • Responsible for producing and integrating highest quality end-product
  • Provide guidance in troubleshooting client issues with other Consultants

Skills and Attributes:

 

  • Ability to deal with complex projects and be client facing
  • Understanding of clients¡¯ business processes and strategy
  • Must be a leader and team player and have the ability to work with people at all levels and across all functions (strategic and creative) of the company
  • Strong client leadership skills – can connect with clients and inspire their confidence and ongoing commitment
  • Self-starting, confident team player
  • Analyse and develop creative solutions for customer proposition
  • Able to see ¡®two steps¡¯ ahead
  • Comfortable working across industries and sectors (B2C & B2B)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean
  • Passionate about having measurable impact on clients business

 

Qualifications:

 

  • BA/BS degree or higher level

  • 2~5 years experiences in mid/big size advertising, PR or related agency required

  • Strong PPT skill for well-structured presentation
  • Strong attentions to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience implementing technology/ experience platforms

  • Passionate about brands

  • Fluent in verbal English preferred
