Valuation Analyst

담당업무

1. Financial reporting

·      Generate expected and actual cashflows for quarterly closing

·      Support quarterly home office and statutory financial reporting 

·      Assist in local financial/ regulatory/ local management/ solvency reporting

·      Support annual business planning: projection and estimate its profit and key indicators

·      Support movement analysis on liabilities and SOE (Source of earning) analysis
 

2. Valuation model

·      Build and maintain cash flows projection models of new and existing treaties

·      Maps actuarial assumptions from pricing document or basis change memo into the valuation systemExperience study

·      Performs experience studies of mortality, morbidity and lapse and basis change

·      Experience monitoring and support experience-variance analysis 

       Performs other duties as required

지원자격

·       At least Bachelor's degree

·       At least 5 years’ experience of actuarial work at insurance companies

·       Actuarial software experience (Prophet is preferred)

·       Good understanding of Korean life insurance products (or non-life long-term products) and financial statements

·       Good understanding of financial, statutory and solvency reporting

·       Good verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English

·       Korea qualified actuary is preferred

·       Proficient Excel and software skills including database applications is preferred (Access, Oracle, SQL, Macro)
