- Organize and run
regular meetings on agency sales performance
3. Internal KPIs
Monitoring & Analysis
- Analyze internal
sales performance and KPIs, and provide regular reporting
- Prepare business
performance materials submitted to the Group Office
- Manage BI/reporting
systems used for sales performance analysis
- Manage agency
channel budgets and expenses
- Perform additional
duties as required to support business needs
[ÀÚ°Ý ¿ä°Ç]
- 10+ years of
experience in the insurance industry, preferably with exposure to GA planning
or agency channel operations
- Strong analytical
and strategic thinking capabilities
- Broad understanding
of insurance industry trends and market dynamics
- Strong leadership
and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
- English
communication proficiency
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
