MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (no more than 10 should be listed, % allocation is optional)

1.	Marketing strategy development to manage and expand Customer Marketing business	% Time
2.	New initiative planning and ution to expand CM business
3.	Campaign operation management to achieve KPI targets of CM business
4.	Product strategy and touch point management to maintain CM campaign production
5.	Customer base management and analysis to improve efficiency of CM production
6.	In-depth analysis on cost efficiency by campaign level to improve profitability
7.	Enhancement of existing process and system to improve CM production
8.	Impact analysis on ad-hoc issues on business and internal solution providing to top management
9.	Compliance issue handling to prevent latent problems, especially on customer base management
10.	Leadership for CM team development

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education: Graduation University

2. Years of experience: at least 10 years (Insurance industry preferred)

3. Knowledge, skills and abilities

- Great work experience on customer marketing management

- Expert knowledge and ability of planning, ution and evaluation in CM business

- Highly proficiency with analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills

- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and proactive communication skills with business partners

- Good communication skills both of written and oral (English preferred)
