The position is responsible for forecasting and analyzing overall TM business operation.
 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (no more than 10 should be listed, % allocation is optional)

 
 
1. Planning and Development Effectiveness / Lead productivity enhancements
-    Support to establish TM strategy based on effectiveness and productivity
-    Strategic Prioritization by campaign level
-    Support KPI management with statistic alarming on KPIs by campaign level
-    Search and sharing best study for non-dental sales with statistical analysis
-    Forecast and Analyse the Center call volume, headcount, operation efficiency, operation budget & cost and market business situation & trend
-    Develops and Reviews Planning Mechanisms and all processes to find the best solution to make maximize the center efficiency
-    Seeks to promote process improvement via effective situational analysis and innovation
-    Undertakes cost/benefit analysis as required
-    Business trend forecast and calculate required headcount, operation expense and allocation key
-    KPI review compare to market & competitors

2. Handle Promotion & Project
-    Project manager in specific agenda such as retention activity leading/ PBI enhancement / Acquisition cost 
-    Generally macro management in TM promotion
-    Promotion analysis and feedback (result report)
-    Planning & operation loyalty program
-    Project management for new business
 
 
3. Generate & support on statistic internally and for RO
-    Communicate with RO
-    Draw up & manage report for RO
 
 
4. Operational Reporting
 
-    Completes and analyses Center KPI data to determine operational goal achievement
-    Review and Trend analyze reporting data on a weekly, monthly basis to support the sales and operational management cycle
-    Completes analysis of financial/budgeting performance and monitoring, control and forecasting the center expense
-    Determine the indicators and targets for understanding call center operation efficiency
-    New business and initiative expense forecast, analyze and setup the KPI and report format
 
 
 
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1)         University Degree
2)         More than five years of experience within a similar role and environment
3)         Excellent PC Skills particularly Spread sheet/Databases
4)         Good Financial and Business sense, with Logical and Lateral Thinking Abilities
5)         Strong Numerical and Analytical Ability
6)         Good Written and Oral Communication Skills (Korean and English)
