Recruiting | - Outside search
- Job posting either in the recruiting site or to search firms (using no exclusive firm, posting to 20 firms)
- Review CVs and arrange interviews.
- Conduct interviews and discuss with Dept heads on the decision. MD is involved for experienced hires.
- Employee referral
- Conduct the final interview to provide a final feedback to MD and Dept heads before making decision.
- Prepare Employment contract and other required docs.
- Send HR program self-service instruction including system codes to managers for new hire setup.
- Coordinate the PC and business card for new hires.
- Process HR approval in the HR program for new hire
- Update experienced hires¡¯ previous salary in Excel once all docs are received from new hires. It is to measure the level of JLL compensation against other companies mainly competitors.
- Send ¡°New hire pack¡± to new hires, the pack contains all policies, all manuals, and standard forms.
- Conduct new employee orientation quarterly. Can be done in 2-month depending on the number of new hires.

Involuntary Termination | May need to prepare a defending response in case of unfair dismissal petition by the terminated employee. Labor attorney will give a guidance, but all doc and supporting docs should be prepared by the HR. |
Staff counseling & dealing with HR issues | - Counsel employees when requested.
- Get involved in the labor law issues and try to resolve.

Support MD and Dept heads | Support MD and Dept heads on various HR issues. |
HR letters | Prepare letters for salary changes, transfer, bonus and commission. |
Respond to government queries and reporting request | - Respond to government queries on employment issues.
- Complete various reports requested by government, heavily focused on staff compensation.
- Undertake government audit on employment matters.

Performance Management | Manage and process Performance Management Program changes upon request as a system administrator. |
HR Program Management | - HR program coordination.
- Send HR Program instruction including system codes to managers for HR data changes via self-service; salary, termination, labor allocation change, supervisor change, etc.
- Coordinate with HR system maintenance team to resolve any data integrity issues.
- Complete and upload monthly additional payroll or HR data correction forms.
