Evaluation & assessment of risks to accept, reject or modify within established U/W guidelines
2. Support Casualty manager to develop Casualty book with profitable growth & diversified portfolio

Cultivation of Casualty’s retail agents for retail production
Train/educate distribution channel (focusing on retail agents) effectively to promote Casualty products and support retail agents in various ways including accompanied visits for end-clients to cultivate retail agents and to increase retail production.

Assisting Casualty manager to set up Casualty
Support Manager to set up Casualty with diversified & healthy portfolio; product filing, work process re-establishment and oversee all related Casualty administrative works such as effective & accurate premium booking & production database management. Also will do effective & efficient communication with all related internal party (such as Claim, Finance, IT etc.) to lead smooth internal work management.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education: College Graduate in Business or similar
2. Years of experience: 10 Years in specific Casualty underwriting
3. Knowledge, skills and abilities: Casualty UW background in local or foreign carriers, Strong Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Computer Literacy
