Recruitment of P&C Agents
1.     Ensure to keep up the list of proactive P&C agents in Korea P&C market in order to find and recruit qualified agents to support Agency Director to build disciplined agency sales forces: min. 300 agents (80 Exclusive + 220 Non-Exclusive) by 2019
2.     Ensure the competitiveness & effectiveness of  ACE P&C agent programs (Incentive programs & Subsidy programs) for proper promotion to recruit qualified P&C agents
3.     Ensure the effectiveness of the standard recruitment profile

Development  of P&C Agents
1.     Ensure to have structured training programs per the technical level of agents by collaboration with each LOB
2.     Set up regularized training schedules per agents by tier and  by technical level to yield production with quality
3.     Train & develop P&C agents and continuously evaluate P&C agents to ensure required level of expertise, production performance for viability
4.     Accompanied visits with agents to end-clients to support agents and educate agents as leading by example
3.
Management of P&C Agents
1.    Regularize meetings per performance (under tier management) to catch up with current trend & track performance by call reports
2.    Ensure of competitiveness and effectiveness of spot incentives, campaigns etc. as need basis for new product promotion and production boost up by collaboration with each LOB for proper management of qualified agents
4.
Governance
1.    Agency Incentive program to be rechecked for competitiveness and regulation
2.    Ensure the effectiveness of process in relation to agent registration & termination
3.    Ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of payment: agent commission and incentive
5.
General
1.    Support Agency Director to develop overall strategy for faster and profitable growth of P&C sales forces
2.     Address market trends and market products to add value to P&C LOBs for competitiveness
3.    Ensure the operational efficiency to service more direct retail agents with better quality
4.    Support and contribute to shift proportion of direct retail business of P&C to min. 72% in order to ensure viability after 5 years plan implementation
5.    Report the necessary statistics / information requested to such as KIDI, FSS and other related parties within appropriate timeframe with quality
6.    Collaboration with each LOBs, claims etc. functions to assure valid services and timely response to clients
