• Support Retail Leasing/TR team and grow the business.

• Database maintenance with respect to assigned area.

• Reporting to the clients on a regular basis in relation to progress of enquiries and other matters of significance to clients.

• Responding to customer enquiries including submitting details in writing and arranging physical inspections of the appropriate properties.

• Negotiating leases with prospective tenants on behalf of the client or vice versa.

• Attending marketing meetings with clients, organizing advertising material such as signboards, press advertisements, brochures etc.

• Coordinating the marketing of specific projects as assigned by clients.

• Other duties as directed.
