Key Responsibilities
ü Lead the demand planning process for major business segments for upcoming months on a monthly basis by interfacing with multi-functions for customer feedbacks and market intelligence.
ü Lead the monthly demand review meeting in order to drive the consensus/alignment on projected sales with multi-functions.
ü Facilitate the S&OP processes that provide an optimum customer service level and working capital guidelines in supporting of business plans under the established business & operational rules/principles.
ü Interpret demand and inventory requirements to respond with the right capacity, products and schedules to meet customer requirements.
ü Lead the Supply Review process with plants to respond to the demand requirements. Ensure that gaps in ability to supply are identified/addressed and scenario planning is prepared.
ü Own the supply planning processes to provide sufficient summary data with scenarios for subsequent meetings to the leadership.
ü Guide the factories in setting up a balanced master plan and detailed plan which takes into account operations efficiency, stock cost and customer service.
ü Develop, implement and ute strategic supply chain processes & optimization in the support of supply chain and business objectives.
ü Drives continuous improvement to enhance planning processes within Supply Chain and partners with manufacturing to help identify and drive improvements on delivery, cost, and reliability.
ü Represent APAC region for global Supply Chain Planning CoE & be the key interface with other regions for inter-company business
ü Key interface will be with multi functions like manufacturing plants across APAC, Commercial team, Customer Service, Finance and global/regional Supply Chain counterparts.
Desired Qualifications ü About 10+/- years of Supply Chain experience with solid understanding of the end to end supply chain & in-depth planning processes in Supply Chain
ü Experience in manufacturing environment and/or automotive industry is a plus.
ü Comprehensive knowledge of ERP system with hands-on experience
ü Excellent interpersonal skills & good collaboration between functions and across all levels of the business
ü Project management & analytical skills
ü Ability to work in a matrix organization with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
ü Ability to embed a culture of harmonization and process improvement and value creation.
ü Good verbal and written English competency required
ü Estimated travel: 20% |
