Position: Call Center Operations Manager
Location: Bucheon, Kyoung-gi State
Job Description
-
Creation and publishing of product content and banners
-
Monitoring pricing and stock
-
Coordinate e-Shop related tactical campaigns and promotions
-
Generate regular sales and traffic reports
-
Post purchase operational support
-
Track all the technical issues
-
Coordinate with Dyson content specialist/marketing manager to implement not limited to shop content on schedule
-
Track Dyson and key competitors¡¯ activities at major online platforms
-
Maintain a localized copy-writing style
-
Monthly broken link management
-
New function test

Requirement
-
Native Korean
-
Adequate English for constant business interaction
-
2+ years e-commerce/content management experience
-
Detail oriented and good at communication
-
MS Office skills, particularly in excel (including Pivot Table)
Bonus Points
-
Experience launching and ramping an inbound contact center highly desired.

Must be available for periodic travel to overseas
-
Must be fluent bilingual in English (& other Japanese & Korean Languages are preferred)

Must be authorized to work in Republic of Korea

Hotel & Tourism industry experience preferred
