Position: Call Center Operations Manager
 Location: Bucheon, Kyoung-gi State

 


 
 

 

Job Description

 
  • Creation and publishing of product content and banners

  • Monitoring pricing and stock

  • Coordinate e-Shop related tactical campaigns and promotions

  • Generate regular sales and traffic reports

  • Post purchase operational support

  • Track all the technical issues

  • Coordinate with Dyson content specialist/marketing manager to implement not limited to shop content on schedule

  • Track Dyson and key competitors¡¯ activities at major online platforms

  • Maintain a localized copy-writing style

  • Monthly broken link management

  • New function test

Requirement

 
  • Native Korean

  • Adequate English for constant business interaction

  • 2+ years e-commerce/content management experience

  • Detail oriented and good at communication

  • MS Office skills, particularly in excel (including Pivot Table)

 

 

 

Bonus Points

 
  • Experience launching and ramping an inbound contact center highly desired.

  • Must be available for periodic travel to overseas

  • Must be fluent bilingual in English (& other Japanese & Korean Languages are preferred)

  • Must be authorized to work in Republic of Korea

  • Hotel & Tourism industry experience preferred
