<<qualification>>

-       At least 5~7 years of work experiences in insurance industry

-       Knowledge of reinsurance business and group insurance business

-       New business development experience preferred

-       Strong relationship management skill, goal-oriented and problem solving.

-       English communication skill

<<Role in responsibility>>

-       Establish and maintain with all key accounts (primary insurer, brokers and agencies) including action plans and needs analysis

-       Identify and qualify potential clients, managing pipeline

-       Achieve sales target in accordance with the risk and compliance framework

-       Keep abreast of environmental factors and ensuring competitor awareness is maintained at all times
