Trainer Manager
1. Supervise overall trainings for BCs
2. Evaluate BCs in counters to prove the knowledge and performances
3. Maintain up-to date of comprehensive information system for trainings
4. Cooperate with marketing, sales and PR teams to catch up with up-to dated information and programs
5. Manage and control budgets
6. Initiate ideas for new training programs and share with brands
7. Communicate with Sales managers and periodically check counters
8. Provide trainings for leadership, guidance and staff management
9. Reward staff with presents or provide opportunities for coaching, feedback or development from BM/GL
10. Accept perspectives of opinions from other and think diversity important
11. Smooth communication with global teams and other brands
