R&R
l Lead to develop training programs working with local external vendor and Chubb regional office
l Review and improve on-boarding trainings
l Drive talent development
l Implement employee communications to enhance employee engagement
l Compliance related Policy and regulation
l Support HR initiatives
Qualification
l Min. 5 years of HR experience
l Training experience is preferred
l Good interpersonal skill
l Proactive and strong ownership
l Good English communication skill
