Fleet Specialist/Robot repair and maintenance (과~차장)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Carry out robot repair and maintenance and customer services under the guidance of overseas, head office, absorb relevant skills and know-hows, then become competent handle all tasks independently with minimum supervision and instruction;

 2. Instruct and support our dealers to carry out robot repair and maintenance and customer services

 3. Based on the repair and maintenance experience, assist the overseas head office to carry out the investigation of the unknown causes of robot malfunction, propose efficient maintenance

 solutions, and advise on the production of operating documents;

 4. Give advice to product improvement from the perspective of repair/maintenance and customer

 services.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Familiar with all kinds of common electronic components and packages, can understand circuit schematics, and have circuit analysis capabilities;

2. Proficiency in the use of hot air guns and electric soldering irons, seasoned welding skills, BGA welding experience, skilled use of a variety of commonly used instrumentation;

 3. Able to communicate intermediate level of English; plus Japanese language

 4. Accountable, possess strong learning ability, good communication skills, teamwork spirit and

 good sense of customer service;

 5. Logical thinking, strong independent working ability and problem-solving ability, can commit

 to high quality work outcomes;

 6. Optimistic, proactive, stress-resistant, adaptable to the fast-developing AI industry;
