P&C Business Development Specialist (과/차장급)

Job Description

This position is to support the Head of Client Service Group in areas of marketing activities for MAD inclusive broker and cedant management/Digital/and Multinational business for P&C.  To reach the goals for MAD/Digital/MN, having someone that understands multi-line products, and capable of  working under various business dynamics(reinsurance, global brokers) is a must. And whilst we have a Digital Team that overlooks all P&C and A&H projects, we need someone that can speak P&C language, in respect of product features, as well as overall sales process structure (IT, admin, compliance).

Communication channel for AR/AP complaints/issues with R/I partners

Support MN UWO by facilitating new MN lead discussions

MAD/Digital/MN marketing activities

Track and manage MAD/Digital performance

Develop new Strategic Alliances for R/I

Client Manager for R/I biz (Brokers & Cedants)

Develop new MN business leads from global brokers

Coordinate seminars for training/education on new P&C products to brokers and RI partners

Requirements

More than 7 years in General Insurance Industry

Preference for Marketing background and has good understanding of various types of P&C products. (Digital background not essential)

Needs to have high biz IQ and understanding of various market dynamics

Persuasive communication skills

Proactiveness to drive internal progress

Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel)

Willingness to learn new products and business structures    

Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)

Being creative

새로운 포지션이며, P&C Division 부문 내에  P&C Client Service Group 맡고 계시는 이사님께 보고합니다.

내부 및 외부 다양한 client를 만나야 하므로 Communication skill이 가장 우선시 됩니다.

손해보험사에서 UW 경력 또는 P&C MKT(또는 영업부서) 경력자를 가장 선호합니다.

P&C retail broker 경력도 선호됩니다.
