¡¤ Manage all business plans for the territory's distribution: planning, inventory, P&L, identifying new business to increase distribution and meet sales goals
¡¤ Drive sales by identifying opportunities and taking appropriate action
¡¤ Develop and implement sales strategies to successfully launch and grow sales
¡¤ Create monthly sales goals by door for the region, analyze trends then take appropriate action
¡¤ Build and manage field sales team, which includes: hiring, training counter managers within budget
¡¤ Partner with sales and marketing departments to develop materials and training modules along with educating retail staff
¡¤ Work with Counter Managers and Store Leadership to implement strategies to drive the business at each point of sale.
¡¤ Review sales goals by door weekly and monthly, communicate to staff and management needed
¡¤ Manage merchandising – fixtures, fixture updates and testers replenishment with Visual Merchandising team
¡¤ Regularly meet and form productive business relationships with Retailers
REQUIREMENTS
¡¤ A college-level education or equivalent
¡¤ Preference of more than 7 years of experience in the related work
¡¤ Team leader career
¡¤ Ability to travel and work weekends as necessary
¡¤ Excellent team play, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with everyone in the organization
¡¤ Open-minded, active tendency to accept different opinions from different perspectives
