Digital Partnership Manager (´ë¸®-Â÷Àå±Þ)
Job Description
The Digital Marketing Account manager will have responsibility for the partnership marketing by developing new digital business opportunities.
More specifically, this role will be charged with the development of new digital partners and execution of industry-leading digital marketing initiatives with digital dedicated or DM hybrid products and optimize customer experiences (UX/UI enhancement) and finally make new acquisition and contribute production.
DM & Digital partners and this role will be charged expanding business with existing partners with new/existing products. These responsibilities will include directing internal marketing resources as well as partnering with a digital partner/agency.
This role will contribute DTC site
based digital marketing (lead gen, digital media marketing on Travel, Handset
product) for digital direct products working with digital IT project team and
Advertisement agency.
Develop new digital partnership and
new digital initiatives (planning new model, new products, promotional event,
UX/UI enhancement)
Business proposal to optimal partners
fit for target product (target segment, marketing plan)
Management, expansion, execution and
enhancement of existing digital campaigns
Business plan with financial
projection, production tracking, campaign management
Digital IT project management (co
work with digital dedicated Project manager)
Digital project execution with
Business/marketing plan, contents development, sales
Continuous A/B test for enhancement
of customer experience and UX/UI
Partner communication as account
manager for charged campaign with related dept
Build Short/mid/long term strategy
and roadmap (update with prioritization)
DTC platform based digital marketing
(Brand/keyword/display AD)
Regular report on digital
initiatives, sales performance, progress, business plan to local/regional
office (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly)
Qualifications
Bachelor¡¯s Degree
3-15 years of business experiences
Over 2 years of experience as B2B
account manager or digital marketer is preferred
Knowledge and understanding of
Digital market, media and channel
Work experience in insurance/fin
tech/insure-tech /e-commerce industry is preferred
Customer focus UX/UI enhancement
experience to optimize sales/CS process
Excellent analytical, Written/verbal
communication skills and Good influencing & persuasion skills
Proficient in English preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment, and to flexibly manage multiple priorities with
strong work ethic
