Head of Short-tail Business Group

The position is to lead Short tail Business Group within P&C Division, directly working as overall Property (Fire, Tech and Package) product line manager and leading Marine overall strategy as senior leader and to support Head of P&C as Executive Management

Ÿ   Lead overall Property as Product line manager with underwriting authority to ensure sustainable and profitable growth

Ÿ   Support Marine to execute overall strategies inclusive Global management and channel management

Ÿ   Collaborate with P&C LOB (Lines of Business) PLM (Product Line Managers)

Ÿ   Collaborate with Claims, GA and Finance

Ÿ   Support SMD (Small & Medium Division) initiatives

Ÿ   Distribution management

-       Reinsurance Inward channel management (brokers and local carriers)

-       Retail broker and Agency retail channel both exclusive and non-exclusive
