JOB Description Digital Partnership Account Manager

Ÿ   Develop new digital partnership and new digital initiatives (product, partner and model)

Ÿ   Participate diversified digital projects in  Korea (AI hybrid DM digital, Travel, Wellness partnership, new product development and new market penetration, etc.)

Ÿ   Business proposal to optimal partners fit for target product (target segment and marketing plan)

Ÿ   Management, expansion, execution and enhancement of existing digital campaigns

Ÿ   Business plan with financial projection, production tracking, campaign management

Ÿ   Digital IT project management (co-work with digital project manager)

Ÿ   Digital project execution with business/marketing plan, contents development, sales

Ÿ   Continuous A/B test for enhancement of customer experience and UX/UI

Ÿ   Partner communication as account manager for charged campaign with related dept.

Ÿ   Build short/mid/long-term strategy and roadmap

Ÿ   Regular report on digital initiatives, sales performance, progress, business plan to local/regional office

JOB Requirements

Ÿ   Bachelor’s degree

Ÿ   7+ years of working experience (대리~차장 직급)

Ÿ   Digital marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory

Ÿ   B2B account manager, DM or Digital marketer experience is preferred

Ÿ   Work experience in financial/insurance/fin tech/e-commerce industry is preferred

Ÿ   Sense of challenge for new initiatives, enthusiasm to change career into Digital marketing

Ÿ   Analytical, oral and written/verbal communication skills
