[Job Description]

−         Develop and underwrite various risks of Property & Casualty by analyzing the client’s business operations
Deciding terms & conditions and premium based on thorough review and assessment on the risk

−         Referring the risk and communicating with Regional office in Singapore to get approval if risk is outside of local’s delegated underwriting authority

−         Negotiation and communication with clients in terms of pricing, coverage, terms etc.

−         Cultivation of retail agents for retail production

−         Train/educate broker & agency channel (focusing on retail agents) effectively to promote Chubb’s products and support retail agents in various ways including accompanied visits for end-clients to cultivate retail agents and to increase retail production

[Qualification]

−         Above bachelor’s degree

−         3+ years of experience in P&C underwriting or broking 

n  Property(재물보험)

n  Casualty(배상책임보험)

n  Industry Practice(특화산업): Technology, Life Science, Clean Tech, Entertainment (첨단기술, 생명과학, 바이오, 엔터테인먼트 등)

−         Fluency in English & Korean (at least in written)

−         Computer Literacy (especially higher level on Excel and PPT)

−         Proactive personnel to overcome challenges internal & external and confident professionalism for strong ethics

−         Strong negotiation skills with a high level of customer and commercial awareness

−         Self-motivated to learn new knowledge and market trends

우대사항

−         국내.외 보험 관련 자격증 보유자 (CPCU, ACII, etc.)
