Key Purpose of Role
You will play a key role in partnering with functional teams to align strategy in supporting management decision making, including but not limited to, running detailed analysis and review of business performance, applying critical thinking, measuring initiatives and extracting insights, to support the business.
This role requires collaboration, stakeholder management, and adaptability - striving to achieve business outcomes together.

Business Performance Review

Implement financial planning and analysis activities to drive business performance and support business development, including revenue and cost analysis, working capital and CAPEX control, cash flow analysis and operational efficiency assessment

Establish a solid understanding and analysis of performance benchmarking of the market players

Provide commentary in explaining business performance for management to make strategic decisions

Streamline and improve efficiency and accuracy of assumptions for financial planning
Strategic Support

Transform data into knowledge and insights, manage process of data analytics and form independent perspectives to evaluate operational and financial performance in supporting the business

Introduce on-going processes that identify risk and opportunities to drive actions to mitigate

Support and propose ideas aligning strategic initiatives and development along the KPIs of the market
Budgeting & Forecasting

Drive budgeting and forecasting process by conducting operational and financial analysis, assembling and summarizing data, and providing operational efficiency and profitability assessment

This requires working closely with teams to gather and analyze data, as well as align analysis and requirements with regional and global finance team for monthly submissions and requirements, which involve updating templates, revising business assumptions, etc.
Project Management

Take the initiative to assist and lead the delivery of project

Projects may include data research and analysis, variance investigation, data verification from different financial and operational information systems, operational improvement, preparation of new template and report set-up, driving coordination and follow up, meetings, facilitation, etc.

Provide project support and asset analysis by performing commercial and financial assessment, valuation and financial modelling, industry research and market study, identifying key issues and risks, and communicating the implications of investments to the finance team
Business Partnering
Build a collaborative relationship with regional and central teams, for the purpose of achieving business efficiency and success
