[외국계 재보험사]Receptionist & Administration Assistant(계약직)

KeyDutiesandResponsibilities:

 

·         ToprovidesecretarialsupporttoManagementteamasdirectedbytheOMAManager.Support includesbutisnotlimitedtothe following:

o    Typingofdocuments

o    OrganizingMeetings

o    Expenses

o    Generaladministrationduties,i.e.photocopying,filing,faxing

o    ExecutiveAssistanttoHeadofOperations

·         Travelmanagement

o    ContactpersonwithGlobalTravelagency(CTM)

o    Flightsandaccommodationforbusinesstrips

o    Accommodationandtransportationforvisitors

·         GeneralAdministration

o    Internalformsandlistsmaintainedwhenadvised

o    Documentsin/outlog

o    Organizecouriersuponrequest

o    MaintainsuppliesforOA,Canteen.

 

·         Ensure Reception desk, Conference Rooms, Kitchen and Utilities area are presentable i.e.clean andtidy,atalltimes.

o    Aftereachmeetingclearboardrooms&meetingrooms


o    NewspapertobeplacedeverymorningattheReceptionarea.

 

·         Security management: Activate office security keys for new employees and deactivate officesecuritykeys for staffleaving.

o    Monitoringphysicalandenvironmentalsecurity

·         Ad-hocprojectsuponrequest

 

Requirements:

·      +2yearsReceptionexperienceinacorporateenvironment

·         IntermediateWord,PowerPoint,ExcelandOutlookexperience

·         Abilitytoworkasamemberofateam;

·         Strongcustomerservicefocus;

·         Stronglyperformanceorientedwithaproactiveorientation;

·         Aneffectivecommunicator,includingtheoralandwrittenperspective;

·         Willingnesstoactasaprofessionalambassador 

·         Abilitytoattendworkregularlyandpunctually.
