[외국계 재보험사]Communication Coordinator

Position Overview

  • Responsible for coordinating communications strategies that support and enhance executives message.

  • Collaborating with key internal business areas to help them promote their programs, services, initiatives and results.




  • Write a business strategy paper by understanding companys vision and key initiatives.

  • Assist CEO to draw up executive message and document meeting materials or report.

  • Identify business needs or improvement initiatives to maximize performance and productivity.

  • Analysis and documentation of project requirements.

  • Support marketing administration such as thank you cards for internals & externals,  Service report, etc.

  • Translate business materials if required.

  • Gather quarterly business meeting documents, taking note for meeting minutes and draft action plans.

  • Other ad-hoc projects upon request.




  • At least 5 years relevant experience.

  • Fluent in English and Korean.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to create engaging content and deliver compelling presentations.
