Responsibilities:

§   Support the Head of Legal in managing all legal affairs of the organization.

§   Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of issues including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

§   Lead and mentor a team of legal professional, fostering a collaborative and high-performing legal department.

§   Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and support business objectives.

§   Manage legal disputes, negotiations, and external counsel relationships.

§   Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

§   At least 7 years of post-qualification experience.

§   Must be fluent in English

§   Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

§   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

§   Dedicated and cooperative personality

§   In-depth knowledge of Insurance or Financial service industry
