and to expand more in Europe, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Freelancer in
Europe.
Position
•
Cosmetics Packaging Sales
Freelancer in Europe (full-time).
Location
•
Western Europe ideally in
France.
This is fully remote position, allowing you
to work from anywhere as long as
you can actively meet the customers.
Scope
•
Responsible for European
clients (geographical details will be discussed).
Job Description
•
Organize regular base client
meetings, Product Roadshows and participate in key exhibitions.
•
Find new sales opportunities
and partnerships.
•
Manage customers¡¯ needs to meet
the objectives of their business strategies related to Packaging.
•
Build lasting relationships
with customers.
(Cultivate
strong relationships with key clients)
•
Give the best service to our
customers on their terms
•
Develop, maintain and improve
business relations with the customers in the region.
•
Lead the Request For Quotation
with the customer and support HQ.
•
Coordinate the specific
objectives of each client with Headquarter ensuring that communication and
information flow is consistent.
•
Establish both quantitative and
qualitative performance goals for the European market.
•
Regularly reporting sales
status and performance to HQ.
•
The ability to work on a
flexible schedule based on business needs.
•
Stay ahead to analyze market
trends and identify new business opportunities.
•
Provide exceptional customer
service.

Profile (Experience & Qualifications):
•
Bachelor's Degree or above.
•
At least 2 years¡¯ experience in
cosmetics packaging B2B Sales.
•
Fluent in English, French,
Italian, Spanish, German is preferable.
•
Strong project management
skills.
•
Organized, rigorous, and
responsible.
•
Autonomous and team worker at
the same time.
•
Who can fully focus on managing
our European customers without being distracted by too many other commitments.
•
Strong attention to detail and
ability to meet deadlines.
•
Ability to prioritize and
commit to projects.
•
Excellent communication and
people skills.
•
A self-motivated, goal-oriented
focus.
•
Knowledge of customs
regulations and trade compliance.
•
The ability to prioritize
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility

hierarchical superiors in headquarter. The Freelancer undertakes to report his
activity in writing each time he is requested to do so.

the work position for which he has been employed, to respect all instructions
given by the Client and, in any event, to comply with the rules governing the
internal operations of the Client and the procedures laid down by the Client,
as well as the internal regulations which may be brought to his knowledge.
