·         Generate new business opportunities for both traditional ) in a proper manner with attitude matching 

·         Develop business development strategy for the traditional, capital/financial needs of insurance companies suites each client and execute·         

       Assist with the management of deal execution of large asset intensive reinsurance transaction and other  transactions, from start through to completion

·         Develop internal relationships with other stakeholders, such as regional team including Pricing, Underwriting, Investment Solutions and Treaty teams

·         Develop an understanding of the (re)insurance regulatory environment in Korea, including accounting and capital solution

·          Support the Director of Business Development in the organization of various business development activities like industry seminars, training and benchmarking trips

·         Prepare regular business development activity reports and market intelligence reports 

·        

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Business administration or similar

·         Over 5 years of experiences in the Korean insurance industry or international life insurance experience

·         Fluency in English and Korean

·         Good oral and written skills

·         Good team worker

·         Ability to work independently and to show initiative

Preferred

·         Associate or equivalent of an internationally recognized Actuarial institute

·         Previous reinsurance experience

·         Previous consulting experience

·         Previous risk management or asset and liability management experience

·         Product development experience

·         International experience either through working for a global organization or directly working outside of Korea
